Just like any other part of sales, appointment setting is a numbers game. The more attempts you make, the more people you will contact, the more you will qualify, and the more will turn into appts. So to succeed, you need to call, text, email, and leave voicemails for leads at least 10-15 times in the first 5 days. This will ensure you book the most appointments.
Your booking rate, or LTA, will vary according to the type and quality leads you are working with.
For HOT leads (opted in 1-7 days ago) you should shoot to set 20-40%+ of the leads.
For WARM leads (opted in 30-90 days ago) you should shoot to set 3-5% of the leads.
