πŸ“ŠOpportunities (Pipeline)

The Opportunities tab or better know as a Sales Pipeline is the place you can keep track of all your leads in your LMS.

We all live busy lives and it can be easy to skip over this sections because you don't want to add another step to your process.

What we've found is that the clients that use the pipeline build out are able to keep track of there leads in each stage of lead nurturing. Also we see a higher Lead to Appointment rate since they aren't letting leads that aren't as responsive slip through the cracks.

We hope this section will help you get more grease flowing down your pipeline! πŸ₯“

Once inside, you should see all the stages in your pipeline.

Depending on how your pipeline is set up, your stages may look different than what is below, but all the principles in this guide will still apply.

Before you mess with anything in your pipeline, it is important to take note of the filters and search bar that will help you organize.

Date and Time

By clicking on this, a pop-up with a calendar will give you an option of what range of dates you want of leads. It is important to note this will only filter leads out on the day the lead was created it.

Chose a Pipeline

If you have multiple pipelines in your LMS, this is where you can click on to switch which pipeline you are looking at.

Assigned To

If the leads are assigned to multiple users in your LMS, this is where you can filter out leads owned by different people.

Lead Status

By default, this will be set to see all open leads. This view should be good most of the time, but if you mark a lead as "Won" or "Lost" you won't be able to see them.

If you can't see all the leads you are looking for, click on this button and a drop-down will open. Select "all" and you will see all leads no matter the status they are in.

Click on this bar and type the name of the lead you are looking for. This will filter out all leads that aren't the one you are searching for.

Filters and Search Bar

Now that you can see all the leads that are in your pipeline, let's learn how to deposition leads from stage to stage.

Depositioning Leads
