🏷️Adding a Tag

Tag you're it! Adding tags to your leads will help you organize and keep track of leads in the sales process. Which can be half the battle of nurturing leads.

They can help you make smart lists and mark leads for automations. It is a very important feature for you to understand in your LMS.

There are two ways for you to add a tag to a lead. It really doesn't matter how you add a tag, but depending on what tab you are in the most one way may be more convenient.

Conversations Tab

  • When in the conversation tab, you can easily add or assign a tag to a lead on the right column of your screen.

  • Look for the "Add Tags" bar and you can search for an existing or add a new tag from there.

Individual Contact

  • To get this screen, click here to find out a little more.

  • You want to go to the left column on your screen.

  • Scroll down till you see the Actions section.

  • Right below the word Actions, you will see the "Add Tags" bar.

  • Here you can add a new or existing tag to a lead.
