π₯Individual Contact
The Individual Contact screen is the grand central station of all the info and action you need inside your LMS. Knowing how to use this page will give you the ability to track and communicate with leads like a pro!

There are 2 major ways you can get to the individual contact screen.
The easiest way is to go to the Contacts Tab and search for the lead you are looking for. Once you find that lead, you can click on it to open the individual contact screen. If you want to know how to find the Contacts Tab and navigate it, click on the link below.
The other way you can get there is by going to the Conversations tab, finding the lead, and clicking on the circle with the lead's initials on the right column.

Once you are in the individual contact, there are 3 columns on the screen. Each with valuable information or actions you can do.
On the left part of your screen, you can find the Info and Actions column.
You can find their number, email, address, and all the questions they filled out on the survey.
You can add a tag in the Actions portion. Learn more about adding tags here!
You can edit the pipeline stage of a lead close to the bottom of this column.
In the middle part of your screen, you can find all the communication that has to happen and can be done.
You can call a lead by clicking the green phone icon on the top left.
You can send a message or schedule one for later with the green "Send Now" button on the bottom right.

On the right part of your screen, you can find 4 tabs with various actions.
The 1st tab will say "Activity", this just shows you how the lead got into your LMS.
The 2nd tab will say "Task", this is where you can add tasks for yourself to do with this lead.
The 3rd tab will say "Notes", this is where you can write notes about the lead that will help you remember details about them.
The 4th tab will say "Appointment", this is where you can see any appointments booked with this lead but also add a new appointment.

To find the lead you are looking for, refer to here on how to find contacts or leads on the mobile app.
Once you find the lead you want open, click on it and it will open you to the contact screen. Here you can do and see many of the same actions we talked about in the browser tutorial above.

There are 4 sections near the top of your screen in this individual contact that all may help you progress your lead nurturing.
By default, you will be brought to the contact sections.
This is where you can find all the information you need for a lead.
You can also add a tag. Learn more about how to do this here!
You can add or remove a lead from a workflow in the Campaigns/Workflows Info area when you scroll down.
You can edit the pipeline stage in the Opportunity Info area near the bottom. Learn more about how to do this here!
To the right of the Contact section, there is the Task section.
If there are any tasks on this lead you can find them here.
If you want to add a new task to a lead, look on the bottom right for a button with a plus symbol on it. By clicking this, you can add a name and description to your task and assign a due date and yourself as well. Just make sure you click the save button when you are done!
To the right of the Task section, there is the Notes section.
If there are any notes for this lead, this is where you would find them.
If you want to add a new note to a lead, look on the bottom right for a button with a plus symbol on it. By clicking this, you can then add your notes in the "Add a note" bar. Just make you don't forget to save before you are finished!
The final section to the right of the Notes section is the Appointment section.
If there are any appointments with this lead you will be able to see them here.
If you want to book an appointment for this lead, look on the bottom right for a button with a plus symbol on it. By clicking this, you will be on the booking screen. Learn more about booking an appointment in this app here!
