π§ Create a Smart Lists
To the right of the Search bar, there is an orange "More Filters" button. This can give you the ability to set up filters on multiple key tracking factors you lead may have. This action will organize the leads into a smart list with all the leads that get filtered.
A few filters that you may want to be aware of.
Tags: Be able to pull every lead with that tag on
Last Appointment: You can pull appointments from a specific date range or select "Is not empty" to see all leads that have booked with you
Pipeline Stage: This will pull all leads in a specific stage

Don't forget to save and name the smart list if you want to access it at a later time. You can find the save button on the bottom right of the filter column.
Sometimes becoming smart with lists or written words are hard. If you want to learn a little more about the process of making a smart list watch this video!
Once you have the smart list all set up and saved, you will be able to access it anytime on top left corner of the contacts screen. The button should have the name of the list you just created in it.
This will give you easy access to the list, and if any new leads that fit the filter set up in this list they will automatically be add to it.

Sharing your Smart Lists
By default the smart list will only be seen by you, if you want to share it with others you will need to go to the Manage Smart Lists.

Once in the Manage Smart Lists tab, find the list you want to share with others. Click on the "Share smart list" icon and a window will open up. Check the box next to the name of the person you want to share. Once you've checked all the people you want to share with, click the save button. You are good to go!
