The Templates section can be found to the right of the Manual Actions tab.

Templates are a great way to send messages to leads that you find sending over and over again.

On this screen, you will be able to see, search, edit, delete, and add templates to your collection.

Having a robust library of templates can help speed up your process of lead nurturing.

When creating a template, click the orange "Add Template" button. This will have a drop-down for either text or email templates to decide which type of communication you want to use this template for.

Inside the template editor, you can craft whatever type of message you would like. It is super valuable to use custom values for your templates which will populate with the specific lead you send it to.

The two most useful custom value tabs for most messages are Contact (lead-specific details) and Appointment (appointment details).

Don't forget to save before you exit!

The thing you need to know about templates is how to send them to leads.

  • Go back to the conversation section, where you can send messages.

  • Find the middle column, where you are able to send texts and emails.

  • Look for the page icon on the bottom left part of that column.

  • A window will open and can select and template you've made and want to use.

  • Once you find the template you want to send click on and press the orange "Use Template" button.

  • The template will populate in the message box and you can press the green "Send Now" button to send the text.
