π¨Inbound/Outbound Conversations
By default, you will already be in the Conversations section when you press the Conversation tab, but your conversation bar should look like the image below.
You will already be in the unread section, this is where you can see all inbound communication with unread messages.

If you want to see all the conversations your leads are having, go to all tab on the far right

If you want to filter out leads that are assigned to you or search for a lead, you can use the search bar or the funnel icon next to it.

If you want to send outbound texts or emails to a lead, you can do that in the middle column of your screen.
All you have to do is click the box at the bottom of the column, that says "Type a message" and choose if you want to send SMS or Email.
When you are ready to send, click the green "Send now" button on the bottom right of the column.
You can also send automated or delayed messages by clicking on the clock icon in the "Send now" button.

If you want to make a phone call or book the lead, go to the right column.
You will be able to see the lead's phone number here and click on the phone icon to make a call.
Closer to the bottom of the column, you can click the orange "Book Appointment" button to open your calendar and book the lead. Learn more about booking leads here!

Once you are on the conversation screen, you need to look at a bar with 3 tabs in it with the words Unread|Recent|All. Depending on what status the lead is, it can be in any one of those tabs.
If you are wanting to filter out leads assigned to yourself or search for a lead by name, you can go to the top right of your screen where the filter and magnifying glass are.


When you find the lead, you can click on its name to open up where you can send SMS, phone-calls, or emails from.

On this screen, you will be able to send outbound communication.
If you want to send a text click the bottom bar with the words "Type your message."
If you want to make calls, send emails, or book an appointment for the lead, go to the top right and look for the envelope (email), phone (calls), and the 3 dots (booking).
