πŸ“¨Inbound/Outbound Conversations

By default, you will already be in the Conversations section when you press the Conversation tab, but your conversation bar should look like the image below.

You will already be in the unread section, this is where you can see all inbound communication with unread messages.

If you want to see all the conversations your leads are having, go to all tab on the far right

If you want to send outbound texts or emails to a lead, you can do that in the middle column of your screen.

  • All you have to do is click the box at the bottom of the column, that says "Type a message" and choose if you want to send SMS or Email.

  • When you are ready to send, click the green "Send now" button on the bottom right of the column.

    • You can also send automated or delayed messages by clicking on the clock icon in the "Send now" button.

Conversation Column

If you want to make a phone call or book the lead, go to the right column.

  • You will be able to see the lead's phone number here and click on the phone icon to make a call.

  • Closer to the bottom of the column, you can click the orange "Book Appointment" button to open your calendar and book the lead. Learn more about booking leads here!
