Misc Settings
There are a few nice settings here you can set up.
Letting the calendar auto-confirm my appointment just sets the status of the appointment to be confirmed when you book it.
Allowing Google to send invitations or update emails to attendees really should only be set up if you are booking a presentation.
Always have Assigned contacts to their respective calendar team member turned on so that appointments will appear on your synced calendar.
