We will be notifying you by 2 methods, SMS and In-App notifications through Lead Connector
3 major Tara notifications that you should be aware of
Ready to book
This will happen when a lead has responded to what time of day they prefer to book
Error is Detected
If an error is detected or a lead triggers a keyword we know that the AI can't respond well
Long Term Drip
If a lead never replies to the initial phase of Tara and is moved to a 30-day nourishment campaign
When a lead replies to any of Tara's messages in the Long Term Drip you will be notified and that lead will be removed from getting any more automated messages
