🛑Stop Automations
Just like in the game red light, green light, you may also want to stop Tara in her tracks. We've made that easy to do.
There are 2 ways of stopping Tara from replying to leads depending on which platform you are accessing your leads.
If you remove a lead, you will not be able to resume Tara
We've made it easy for you to remove a single lead from Tara for any reason
All you have to do is click the big red "Stop Automation" button on the top right of your browser
Once it is clicked the box, you will have to confirm the action
The button will turn black when everything is turned off and no more automated texts will be sent out
Once you open the Lead Connector app, go to the bottom left part of the screen and click on the chat bubble
In this tab, you can see the conversations. Find the all button to see all convos your leads are having. In this section, look for the lead you are trying to remove. Then tap on the name of the lead.
On this screen, you can text and call your leads if you want, but 1st you need to remove the lead from TARA. Go to the top left part of your screen and tap the name of the lead again.
Last step, scroll down till you see the "Active Campaigns/Workflow" section. Look for the rectangle that says TARA and/or SMS Automations. Click on the x on the part of the rectangle and confirm the action.
BOOM, no more messages from Tara
