Job Title: Solar Energy SDR/Appointment Setter
ABC Solar, a fast-growing solar energy company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated SDR to join our team. As an SDR/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, setting up appointments, and generating leads for our solar energy products and services.
Job Requirements:
High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
High-quality USB or Bluetooth headset
Quiet workspace
High-quality laptop or desktop computer (minimum i3 with 8 GB of RAM)
Candidate Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
Previous experience working in the solar industry is a must
Comfortable with cold calling and has experience in it
Money-motivated with an uncapped commission structure plus hourly base pay paid bi-weekly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections and overturn them
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Tech-savvy and proficient with computers
Neutral American English-speaking accent
Able to hardwire via Ethernet cord
Has a quiet workspace
Previous experience in canvassing sales is a plus
