Here are some SDR pay scales we have seen successful companies who work with us.

Salary + Commission

Salary: $10-15/Hour

Sits : $50 Closes: $200

Commission Only Sits : $100 Closes: $400

In most cases this is plenty, but if you want to get fancy you could add in month incentive tiers based on the number of deals closed to incentivize better performance.
