This screen is really useful to see all your appointments and you are able to deposition your all appointments here!
How to navigate the Appointment Screen
Go to the top right of this screen, and look for 4 tabs that are orange or white.
Calendar Selections
This is the left side orange button, is where you can select your, some else's, or a specific calendar's appointments inside your LMS.
Click on the button and a drop-down will appear. You can select the calendar you want to see all the appointments on by clicking on it.
Appointment Order
This drop-down button will help organize your view of appointments on this screen.
By default, it will be set to date added, so changing it to Start date Ascending from Today will help you see all your appointments on the current day and days moving forward
If you want to see all your appointments organized by date booked, select on "Start Date (DESC)."
Booking an Appointment
By clicking on this button, it will bring you to the scheduling window. You can learn more about how to book by clicking here!

Appointment Screen Features
Actions
This section is super important for you to deposition your appointments.
In this section, you can click on the drop-down button with the appointment status.
By default, the appointment will be confirmed but based on how the appointment goes you can change the status of this.
This will help you know who you may need to reschedule, follow up with, or just move them down your sales process.
Requested time
This is where you can find the appointment time and date with this lead.
Appointment Owner
This is where you can see who is assigned to the appointment.
